Northland Builders Inc is seeking a reliable person to join their team of skilled carpenters and Laborers. This is a full-time position with excellent growth opportunities. Candidates should be able to follow directions closely but also work with minimal oversight. Full-time hours.

Required Qualifications

The experience necessary for this role includes but is not limited to the following duties:

• Capable of conducting heavy physical lifting, frequent prolonged standing/walking, pushing/pulling, or moving/lifting heavy equipment/supplies
• Ability to work at heights and on ladders
• Have your own personal protective equipment (some may be provided)
• Excellent communication skills
• Perform setup and cleanup tasks at the job site
• Work collaboratively

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand and/or be on their feet for 10hrs day
• Must be able to lift 30-50lbs as needed
• Must be able to work in outdoor weather and/or unregulated temperatures for most of day if required
