100% Access! As part of the Novartis Value and Access & New Product Planning (VA & NPP) you will be proud to contribute to enable broad and timely access to all patients that needs a Novartis product for their health and wellbeing.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Support the development and execution of overall reimbursement strategies that fully leverage the reimbursement potential of his/her brands with public and private payers.
  • Support the development of integrated VA with the collaboration of the extended VA & NPP and Public Affair Teams
  • Supports development of tools such as value decks, calculators etc.
  • Support the development of VA strategies to expand access and pursue new models for products in mid-stage of life cycle
  • Contribute to business reviews, forecasting exercises, business cases & pricing approvals etc.

Minimum requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical Industry and the Canadian health system
  • Ability to synthesize complexity, summarize results and convey clear actions
  • Curiosity, operational excellence, agility, innovation.
  • Analysis & forecasting skills required, with the ability to assess market dynamics and financial implications
  • Ability to interact with executives or key customers.
  • English proficiency, French is a major asset.
