Job Duties

  • Running a market stand solo every Saturday and Sunday from 12-6pm at the Distillery District
  • Greeting customers, educating them about Chandler Honey, handing out samples, taking payment
  • Organizing and monitoring inventory, as well as anticipating needs of future markets
  • Sets up and tears down market stand and inventory

  • Must have access to a car and have a valid driver's license

About the Role

  • Commission based role. Compensation is whichever is greater: 20% commission on sales or $16/hour.
  • Expected sales for a 6 hour day is $900, meaning a commission of $180 for this role. This equates to $30/hour.
  • The more you sell, the more you make! That said, you will never make less than $16/hour.
  • Saturdays and Sundays from May 20 - June 25 with the possibility of extending it to the following summer months. Rain or shine!
  • Extensive training will be provided with the founder of the company, Tique Chandler.

About the Company

Chandler Honey is raw Canadian honey with a delightful twist. We take honey from the founder’s family farm and hand-infuse it with real ingredients like vanilla bean and lemon zest - never any shortcut processes or ingredients. We take great pride in the quality of our honey and finished product.

We were founded in November of 2020, and our founder, Tique, has recently been featured as a Shopify Young Entrepreneur. Chandler Honey is available at 200+ physical stores across Canada and online at Indigo.ca and Walmart.ca. We are growing quickly, and can’t wait for you to be a part of the ride.
