ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
Distributel is seeking an Enterprise Architect to join our growing team. We're looking for someone for a highly skilled and experience Enterprise Architect to join our team and help drive our growth and success. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As our Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the development of our enterprise architecture, which includes our business processes, technology infrastructure, and data systems. You will work closely with our executive team, IT department, and other key stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans that align with our business objectives.

• Develop and maintain the company's enterprise architecture, ensuring that it is aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders, and Solution Architects to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide guidance and recommendations on technology and architectural decisions that align with industry best practices and the company's goals.
• Develop and implement architecture standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Evaluate new and emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the company's architecture and operations.
• Create and maintain architecture diagrams, documentation, and models to communicate complex systems and solutions to stakeholders and development teams
• Ensure that the company's architecture is scalable, secure, reliable, and resilient, and that it meets industry and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and assess the performance of the company's architecture and make recommendations for improvements as necessary.

CREDENTIALS:

• Must Have
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on telecommunications and networking.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies, such as TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF.
  • In-depth knowledge of telecommunications and networking technologies, such as LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VoIP, SD-WAN, PSTN, NaaS, SaaS and cloud computing.
  • In-depth knowledge of at least 1 technical specialization such as Software, Data, Security, Network, Cloud or Infrastructure, ML/AI Architecture.
  • Experience with enterprise systems and infrastructure, including data center design, storage solutions, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals.
  • Relevant certifications, such as TOGAF, CISSP, or Cisco Certified Architect, are a plus.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:

• English with French an asset
• Must be able to fluently read, write and communicate verbally in English to support clients, work with vendors, use third party software etc.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to promote teamwork.

• Working knowledge of document processing tools and diagramming.
