Job Description

The Applewood Auto Group is seeking a highly organized, friendly, and efficient Executive Assistant to support our President. As the Executive Assistant to the President, you will be working closely with our executive team and will play a crucial role in ensuring that our President stays on top of his game. This position is on-site at our Applewood Kia Langley office.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a gatekeeper to our President, managing his busy schedule, and ensuring that he is always prepared for meetings and events
  • Manage and prioritize communication, responding to emails, phone calls, and messages promptly and professionally
  • Use Jasper AI and other AI tools to manage tasks, streamline processes, and increase overall efficiency
  • Ensure that all confidential information is handled with the utmost discretion and privacy
  • Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor at all times, both in person and over the phone
  • Work alongside our Director of Events and Special Projects to plan and coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events for our President
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks and projects as required

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A friendly and approachable personality with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of AI tools and applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience managing confidential information and upholding privacy standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
