Precision Properties is looking to hire Part-Time or Full-Time Carpenter to join our dynamic team. The Carpenter is responsible for all carpentry work to be carried out in our residential/commercial properties.

Responsibilities & Duties:

- Execution of residential design/build tasks such as fence building, decks, wooden structures etc.

Taking measurements & calculating size/amount of needed material.

- Cutting, shaping & finishing lumber + other material.

- Proper safety gear worn when required & safe use of equipment at all times.

- Ability to prioritize & multi-task in a fast-paced environment & meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience as a carpenter

- 3+ Years' Hands-on experience working with carpentry material.

- Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques & methods.

- Skilled in using electrical & manual equipment & measurement tools (i.e. hammers, power saws, rulers, Etc.)

- Have a good basic understanding of math, be in good physical condition, be punctual & professional, be able to give instruction & have good listening skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

Salary: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
