IN THIS OPPORTUNITY YOU WILL:


  • Supports and drives implementation of customers and ensures compliance to implementation procedures.
  • Utilize the various project applications to achieve seamless implementation at the lowest total cost.
  • Ensures that the implementation milestones as set in the GCIPM and CIPM process are met and followed up
  • Supports and leads local customer implementation projects
  • Executes CIPM projects and corresponding activities
  • Develop and Maintain relationships with all products, sales and back office teams to achieve maximum results.
  • Assist Sales / Operations in completion of Standard Operating Procedures for and with customers (face to face meeting where required).
  • Establish work rules or SOP’s to be used at the Station offices to achieve customer requirements

YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, (Excel, Word)
  • Good communicative, analytical & administrative skills
  • Good organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Minimum 3 years in Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry
