Are fluently bilingual and able to talk to our customers in both English & French.
Will care about our customers are much as we do.
Have some type of customer service or sales experience.
Are able to multitask by navigating several online tools at the same time.
During the interview process, we'll work with you to assess which role within our Customer Service and Sales teams is best suited to your skills and potential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive inbound calls from customers.
Provide appropriate support to customers, make recommendations, handle inquiries, provide resolutions.
Perform data entry associated with the position.
Meet reasonable quality assurance requirements and key performance metrics.
Explain products and services to new and existing customers and the potential value added.
Suggest products to meet our customer's needs.
Help customers optimize their experience by educating them on alternative methods to interact with us.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Being fluently bilingual in French and English is a requirement.
Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment is an asset.
WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS:
High-speed internet access.
Home offices are required to be hazard-free, private, and quiet; a video tour of space may be required.
SCHEDULING AND ONBOARDING
Training schedule for the first three weeks will be Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
We need people with flexible availability. Permanent work schedule subsequent to training can include 8 hour shifts from Monday to Friday between 8 am - 9 pm and weekends between 9am - 5pm.
