Day In the Life:

In this position, your chief responsibility is to preserve the condition and functionality of our business premises. Our ideal candidate will be a jack-of-all-trades with in-depth knowledge of maintenance procedures, basic tools, and appliances.

This role will actively support our DE&I framework by identifying opportunities to increase the diversity of our products and brands. They will lead with inclusion to nurture our One Team culture by removing barriers for our Associates and communities.

What You Will Do:

• Coordinate with skilled tradesmen and/or assigned supervisor(s) to complete projects

• Respond to emergencies during and after hours to resolve immediate safety concerns

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures

• Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard and functionality

• Schedule, perform, and document general maintenance tasks, including repair of powered lift equipment, Pallet Movers, Hydraulic and mechanical doors, Doors, Batteries, Battery changers, Lights, and ballast and minor electrical and plumbing work.
