We are a firm that manages five different companies in diverse industries including a real estate company, a prop trading company, non-profit, and a blockchain project. We operate in a high-paced environment and are seeking a skilled Marketing/Social Media Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Marketing/Social Media Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies across all our companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing successful campaigns that build brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase engagement across various social media channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies across all five companies
  • Manage social media accounts, create and schedule content
  • Design graphics and marketing materials
  • Manage online advertising campaigns
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to optimize performance
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in social media and digital marketing
  • Excellent graphic design skills
  • Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Knowledge of social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, etc.)
  • Experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools (MailChimp, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for marketing and social media

Location: This position is located in Mississauga, Ontario.

Salary: The pay for this position is $50,000 per year.
