Luan's provides high quality seafood dishes and we are looking for someone experienced or fresh out of culinary school who is driven, passionate about food, and most importantly is ready/willing to learn! We aim to deliver the best possible experience to our incredible customers and this role is crucial in making that happen.

As a Line Cook, you will:

• Develop and utilize your culinary skills to create food you’re proud of.
• Uphold Luan's standards through top notch food production. Contribute to a high functioning operation through elite execution, consistent quality control, and a commitment to safety.
• Utilize your passion to help create the best guest experience. Display your love for the culinary arts through perfect execution, unmatched product knowledge, and an unwavering commitment to the guest experience.
• Uphold to our kitchen standards. Take responsibility and accountability for the safety, cleanliness of the kitchen, and the quality of product you present.

What We Are Looking For:

• A passion for culinary experiences, guest experience and a commitment to teamwork and fun.
• A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, mentorship, and coaching
• Certification(s) to responsibly work in and create a safe and clean environment for food production and consumption
• Someone who attended hospitality or culinary school is preferred
• The ability to legally work in Canada.
