Started from the Engineering Innovation Center of a Canadian University in 2011, we are dedicated to developing the next generation boats and solving problems in boating industry.

Innovocean Marine is looking for Mechanics for boat construction, repair and design testing. The perfect candidate will have either marine mechanic experience or a specialized education in machinery and automation. This mechanics are responsible for the construction and repair of the boat and will also be involved in the development of a new generation of boats, electric boats and unmanned boats.

Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Assemble and construct boats

2. Install and test the outboard and electric motors

3. Install and test control system of boats

4. Water test boats

5. Assemble the trailer and deliver the boat on the trailer to the customer

6. Repair boats

7. Maintain workshop equipment

8. Responsible for the boat construction and testing work of the design team

9. Introduce boat products to clients

10. instruct clients for boat application and maintenance.

Qualifications:

1. Adapt to ordinary boat construction and repair work

2. Be able to draw mechanically or be educated in machinery, automation or artificial intelligence

3. Experience in using manual and power tools, strong mechanical ability

4. Must have a valid clean driver's license, be able to move some heavy objects and drive a trailer with ease

5. Able to work as a team, learn quickly, and be able to work with minimal supervision

6. Ability to lift 50 lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
