Fleming Olson Taneda & MacDougall is a small, established, general practice law firm located in south Langley. We are seeking legal assistant(s) to join our team of experienced support staff to serve our growing client base.
The successful candidate must be conscientious, reliable, responsible, diligent, have proven excellent customer service skills, be able to pay attention to detail, speak English fluently, have excellent writing and verbal skills, handle tight time deadlines, and work well with others in a team environment.
Previous legal assistant experience in corporate, conveyancing, estate planning, civil litigation and/or family law would be an asset but is not required.
The firm is open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (except statutory holidays and office closures) but we are flexible in staff hours and schedules. Work will foremost be in the office but some remote work may be possible.
