Charger Logistics is a world class asset-based carrier with locations across North America. We specialize in delivering assets, on time and on budget. With the diverse fleet of equipment, we can handle a range of freight, including dedicated loads, specialized hauls, temperature-controlled goods and HAZMAT cargo.

Charger logistics invests time and support into its employees to provide them with the room to learn and grow their expertise and work their way up.

We are currently looking for a Product Manager who can help us solve complex business problems by executing on the product strategy and vision of a piece of Charger Transportation Management System. This position is based out of our Brampton office. The person in this position will work in a fast-paced environment and will work closely with the IT Development department.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the strategy and vision for company’s TMS.
  • Develop an understanding of our users and act as an advocate for their needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align product requirements to client needs and company’s strategic vision.
  • Gather product requirements, prioritize features and backlogs, and improve user experience.
  • Work with development teams to evaluate, implement, and deliver solutions that solve user challenges.
  • Build and maintain supporting documentation relating to our products and features.
  • Design metrics for monitoring the success and impact of features.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, prior Logistics or Supply Chain experience preferred.
  • Experience launching Enterprise products.
  • CSPO or equivalent certifications preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to frame and decompose complex problem statements into clear solutions.
  • Compassion and empathy for users and solving their problems.
  • Driven to generate outcomes and iterate to achieve results.
  • Persuasive and able to lead through influence.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Clear passion for technology products and an ability to identify possibilities to innovate in our product space.
