Social media manager
Northern Lights Estate Winery is looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and hard-working team player to work with us as a social media manager.
The social/digital component includes website development, photography, content creation, photo/video editing, direct to consumer programs and other advertising campaigns. They will be in charge of all things social/digital including some in person events and oversee a marketing budget. They are responsible for ensuring content reaches our consumers around Canada and manage the community connecting with us via DM’s and comments. Candidates must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays and do community management outside of their scheduled hours. They will also do projects for 2 companies within the group.
Responsibilities
· Manage and create content for our social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, tiktok, and twitter.
· Update website content
· Photograph/Videograph events, products, and services for content
· Create content for our print formats such as posters, table toppers, magazines, and in store merchandising
· Community management of comments and messages 7 days a week.
· Manage the social media budget based on business priorities
Requirements
· Education working with online platforms such as canva, illustrator, wordpress and video editing programs
· Previous experience in social media management, photography, and website creation
· Must be available to work weekends.
· Must be 19 years of age and have a Serving It Right certificate.
· Candidates must express a sincere interest in learning about wine and food, ISG and WSET certification is a plus
